We care for patients with diagnoses such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and those in need of short‑term rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on geriatrics. Nurses will collaborate closely with the laboratory, rehabilitation, hospice, and psychiatric teams.
