Job Description GG Media is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a growing organization. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts
- Support account planning and reporting activities
