We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed with precision and efficiency. You will be the go-to expert for all HVAC-related matters, providing guidance and leadership to our crew members. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings, providing clear and concise instructions to crew members.
3. Lead and supervise crews, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This includes training and mentoring crew members, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are being followed and work is progressing as planned.
5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients, providing expert advice on HVAC matters and assisting in the planning and design phase of projects.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, implementing effective solutions that enhance system performance and longevity.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, and inventory records.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Foreman in the commercial construction industry.
2. Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
3. Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair.
4. Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate crews, ensuring high productivity levels are maintained.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, project managers, engineers, and clients.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and implement effective solutions.
8. High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
9. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
10. Certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
