Production Supervisor (Bagel Manufacturing)
Location: Medley, FL
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing/production environment is required.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Open availability to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and production staff.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
- Train, coach, and support production employees.
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to maximize productivity.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Enforce safety policies and company procedures.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
