Principal Business Systems Analyst

Supporting a remote team for a contract role lasting 10 to 26 weeks, the Principal Business Systems Analyst will analyze user needs, document system requirements, and act as a liaison between IT and business users to optimize enterprise planning and manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities Analyze and evaluate user needs to develop systems solutions aligned with business strategies Document system requirements and define project scope, objectives, and specifications Lead or assist with project management activities, including implementation, maintenance, and enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience spanning 5-10 years within relevant fields At least 7 years of experience related to ERP manufacturing and enterprise planning Strong knowledge of ERPLN modules and business analysis for data systems Proficiency with SQL Server, reporting services, and integration tools Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
