Job Description As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions. This role is ideal for those passionate about sales and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. You’ll gather key information during each call to create tailored insurance proposals that meet the unique needs of every client. You will spend a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. We are seeking tech‑savvy, self‑motivated representatives who can thrive in this dynamic setting and effectively manage their workload. Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions. Gather key information during each call to create tailored proposals that meet unique client needs. Manage high call volumes and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining exceptional service. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or insurance. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in multitasking, effective communication, and typing while engaging with customers. High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Ability to obtain required resident and non‑resident insurance licenses. Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours; qualified candidates will reside within 50 miles of Plano, TX office and be available to work 7 AM–5 PM CST (6 days a week, or 3 days per week in office and 2 remote). Compensation and Benefits Expected first‑year total compensation: $58,000–$65,000 ($45,000 base + uncapped monthly sales incentive). Comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off and flexible work arrangements. Hybrid Schedule The practice operates 6 days a week, shifts 7 AM–5 PM CST. Qualified candidates are available to work within these hours. They may also work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) on site and the other two days from home or office. Training Schedule Unlicensed training begins June 29, 2026; licensed training begins July 13, 2026. Training days run Monday‑Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm CST. New hires receive paid 6‑week licensed training or 8‑week training if they do not hold the property and casualty producer license, with mandatory attendance for the first four months.
