This contract opportunity offers you the chance to work one-on-one with a student requiring weekly support, making your specialized skills vital. You will work closely with students, educators, and families to help the student achieve optimal physical functioning in the classroom environment.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience delivering physical therapy services in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
• Full COVID vaccination required due to student’s immunocompromised status
• Commitment to maintaining a compassionate, supportive, and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a one-hour, individualized physical therapy session once per week to a school-aged student
• Assess physical therapy needs and create tailored interventions aligned with the student’s educational goals
• Monitor student progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Consult with school staff and family members to ensure consistent and coordinated care
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
