Temp Project Administrator – Institutional Relationships Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a high-priority institutional relationships project. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and enjoys working on projects requiring accuracy and attention to detail. The Project Administrator will partner with internal teams across multiple locations to ensure documentation, account access updates, and administrative processes are completed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities Support the restructuring of custodian access and security permissions across institutional accounts. Prepare, organize, and process project-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy. Follow established project templates, workflows, and procedures to ensure consistency. Coordinate with team members across multiple office locations to keep project milestones on track. Maintain organized records and ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely manner. Provide additional administrative and client service support as needed throughout the project. Assist with project tracking, reporting, and other operational tasks to support the team. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, executive support, or project coordination experience. Background in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or another client-facing environment preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently. Comfortable managing repetitive, deadline-driven work while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
