We're hiring an experienced CNC Maintenance & Facilities Technician for a precision aerospace manufacturer in Shelton, CT.
We're looking for the person who gets called when a machine goes down, equipment isn't working properly, or something within the facility needs attention.
What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot & repair CNC machine tools
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues
- Maintain CNC mills, lathes and machining centers
- Support facility maintenance, repairs and improvement projects
- Troubleshoot building equipment and systems
- Coordinate with outside service vendors when needed
- Assist with machine installations and plant equipment upgrades
- 3+ years of CNC repair, machine-tool maintenance or field service experience
- Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability
- HAAS, Mazak and/or FANUC experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
- Someone comfortable going from repairing a CNC machine to tackling a facility issue
- Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience is a plus
- Building/Facilities experience is a plus
