Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Elite Relief MD is a pain management and regenerative medicine practice in Davie, FL, led by Dr. Kelly DeSouza. We take an unhurried, patient-first approach to people living with chronic pain, offering a full range of treatment options including regenerative medicine. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us part-time, two days per week, on-site in Davie. As the practice grows, this role has the potential to become full-time. Details Part-time, 2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position On-site in Davie, FL Compensation based on experience: $65-85 per hour. What You Will Do Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions, including comprehensive assessments, history review, and interpretation of diagnostics Develop and follow through on individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Educate patients on pain management and regenerative medicine options Document accurately in the EHR and coordinate follow-up care What We Are Looking For Active, unrestricted Florida NP (APRN) or PA license with national certification Pain management experience strongly preferred; musculoskeletal, orthopedics, PM&R, or primary care backgrounds also considered Strong clinical judgment and a warm, clear communication style with patients Availability two days per week on a consistent schedule Fluent in English and Spanish required.
