Develop and strengthen relationships with CPG sales organizations and create go-to-market strategies for business growth Design commercial models that enhance Genpact’s value proposition and drive revenue growth Build and implement data strategies for promotional planning and execution Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to generate momentum for new deals and ensure successful conversion and delivery Manage resolution of cross-functional client issues Develop growth strategies balancing financial success and client satisfaction Ensure operational excellence through governance, project prioritization, and resource optimization Research new markets and customer needs in Deduction Management Identify process improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase client value Translate strategic vision into actionable plans Build and manage collateral for customer meetings with Sales, Operations, Value Share, Transformation, and Digital teams Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery Promote Genpact products and services in alignment with client business needs Develop and present case studies demonstrating Genpact’s value-sharing approach Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - Axelos required Advanced English proficiency (C1) Skills in automation technology, business consulting, customer relationship management, DevOps, digital business strategy, financial analysis and reporting, global business strategies, sales, sales forecasting, and SAP Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, optimizing workflows, and enhancing client value through data-driven decision-making.
