Job Title Senior Guest Service Manager Job Summary Oversees valet operations across multiple locations or high-volume properties, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and strong team leadership. Manages staff, optimizes workflows, maintains client relationships, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Primary Objective Lead and manage valet operations to deliver outstanding guest service, optimize efficiency, and drive financial performance. Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact, meet contractual obligations, build partnerships, and identify opportunities for service improvements. Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct site visits to resolve issues and uphold service standards. Financial and Administrative Tasks: Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with Regional Director on cost control and record‑keeping. Team Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and coach associates; enforce company policies and foster employee satisfaction. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and coordinate emergencies via personal devices as needed. Travel and Communication: Undertake site visits, support new account launches, and maintain consistent performance insights for leadership. Supervisory Responsibilities: Involve staff in planning, decision‑making, and process improvement while encouraging professional growth. Additional Responsibilities: Perform tasks assigned to support overall operational and financial objectives, attend staff meetings, complete training modules, and work flexible hours as needed. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED with at least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a related customer‑service field. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean motor‑vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in three years), and successful background check. Hospitality, Customer Service, and Communication: Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and personalized assistance. Advanced Client Management Skills: Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate across locations. Strong Analytical and Problem‑Solving Abilities: Analyze revenue and payroll, identify discrepancies, and develop efficiency solutions. Effective Training and Leadership Skills: Coach teams, maintain operational consistency, and foster engagement. Payroll Management: Oversee scheduling, overtime control, and labor‑cost optimization. Physical Demands: Stand, walk, and lift moderate weights; operate in outdoor weather conditions; work near moving vehicles.
