At Total Care Connections, we're growing every week and bringing on 510 new clients and patients across Colorado Springs, Fountain, Black Forest, Falcon, Manitou Springs, Monument, Peyton, and Pueblo.
We're hiring caregivers and home care professionals who want to provide compassionate, high-quality care to seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship
- Assist with personal care, meals, and mobility
- Help with errands, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Communicate client changes promptly
- Deliver care that promotes dignity and comfort
Requirements
- Availability for various shifts (day, night, weekend)
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Able to lift 15 lbs. and perform hands-on care
- Dependable and caring attitude
