Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state practice standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing models such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ You will also advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.

• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record.

• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.

• Provide outstanding care by responding quickly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues proactively.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse

• Associate Degree

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

No travel required.

No prior experience necessary.
