Job Full Description Our client in Willoughby, OH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join their 1st shift manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machines according to production schedules.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Load Programs and Edit Machine
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
