ServiceNow Sys Admin Rek2 Remote For Now Perform standard daily, weekly, monthly maintenance, and overall system health checks Perform the routine to apply update set for changes to the platform Support and maintain existing ServiceNow functionality and capabilities Work closely with customer support teams and cross-functional teams Perform standard system cloning from production to the lower environments Understand and follow the ITSM processes Collaborate with ServiceNow resources on patching, hot fixes, platform upgrades, and platform testing Support implementation, ongoing care/feeding, and ServiceNow related integrations Maintain documentation (run books, requirements, design documents, build, deployment, install guides) and process standards along with regular audits to validate accuracy Drive the development of ServiceNow ATF test scripts for ensuring platform stability when performing platform upgrades and changes ClifyX
