Bilingual HR Onboarding Coordinator II

Paycom in Irving, TX is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the full onboarding cycle and pre-boarding activities, ensuring new hires are welcomed and prepared for success. You will coordinate with IT, Safety, Payroll, and Operations to provision access, badges, and equipment, while supporting orientation sessions in English and Spanish.
The role requires 3+ years in HR coordination, a high school diploma (HR coursework a plus), and proficiency with Paycom HRIS and Microsoft Office.
