Bookkeeper with Quickbooks Experience

We are seeking an experienced QB Online bookkeeper to join our amazing team! You will provide high-level bookkeeping and administrative support for our Executive team at our Fort Myers office. You will also be part of our Human Resources department responsible for payroll and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive team
- Arrange meetings and plan corporate events
- Vendor relations and management
- QuickBooks entry and support
- Credit card reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Quick Books Online Experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidentiality
