We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting our overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Processes accounts payable invoices. Remit vendor payments timely. Vendor management. Expense report management. Complete vendor statement reconciliations. Sales and use tax calculations. Worker's compensation calculations and reporting. Reconcile various AP accounts. Ensure proper GL coding and approvals. Ad hoc reporting.
