Accounting Clerk – ManufacturingA well-established manufacturing company in Fort Myers is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with strong administrative support skills. This role will assist with a wide range of accounting functions while also supporting general office operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.ResponsibilitiesInvoicing and payment processingAccounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) supportPayroll assistance and credit card payment processingProcessing credit card transactions and customer paymentsFiling, scanning, and document organizationAdministrative office support (phones, emails, scheduling, etc.)Software utilization for daily accounting functionsMaintaining digital and paper recordsAdditional accounting and office duties as assignedCandidate RequirementsRecent experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, Epicor, or similar)Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilitiesComfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-moving environmentStrong administrative and organizational skillsAvailable to work 5 days a week, 8 AM – 5 PMProfessional communication and ability to support accounting + office functionsPreferred QualificationsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing, accounting, or office administrationAssociate Benefits (Provided by Express Employment Professionals)Medical benefits availableUp to 5 PTO days per year based on hours workedPaid Holidays (after meeting eligibility requirements)
