Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:Process basic Accounts Payable, including data entry of vendor invoices and standard weekly check runs.Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, flagging discrepancies for review.Assist with Accounts Receivable by posting customer payments, entering cash receipts, and sending balance reminders.Perform basic account reconciliations and assist senior accounting staff with resolving simple balance disputes.Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting files and records.Skills Required:Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computerized accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP system), MS Excel/Office products, & Email.1-2 years of entry-to-mid level accounting experience.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision401(k) Retirement PlanVacation Days & Sick DaysHoliday PayCompany Overview: Work with a Staffing Firm that works for you!
