The opportunity extends beyond transcription. Care managers sit at the centre of member engagement, care coordination, care-gap closure, referrals and value-based care performance, yet much of that work still remains fragmented across conversations, payer files, spreadsheets and legacy systems.

Sagara was founded by an experienced healthcare leadership team with more than 70 years of combined experience across managed care, health-plan operations, healthcare technology, care management and value-based care.

The team has previously built and scaled health plans, provider networks, healthcare operations and technology programs across the U.S. healthcare market.

NexCM is built, early customer traction is established, and Sagara is now moving into its next stage of commercial growth.
