We are seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead our sprinkler division and drive operational excellence. Job Description Manage daily operations of the sprinkler division to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet customer and company objectives. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and project management. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proven experience in managing sprinkler operations in the fire protection industry. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge of sprinkler systems, installation, and maintenance. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to ensure compliance with relevant safety codes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with project budgeting and resource allocation.
