In this contract role, you’ll make a positive difference in a K-12 school environment, working with an engaged caseload and collaborating alongside speech-language professionals.

This position is ideal for an experienced SLP-CCC seeking part-time hours and a dynamic, meaningful caseload. You will primarily provide supervision for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), handle observation hours, conduct evaluations, and manage IEPs. The caseload consists mostly of students with articulation and language needs, allowing you to apply your clinical skills and expertise in school-based therapy.

What You'll Bring:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Eligibility and readiness to supervise SLPAs
• Solid understanding of school-based IEPs and evaluation processes
• Ability to manage schedules and documentation efficiently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

In This Role You Will:

• Supervise and mentor an SLPA, providing support and observation
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop, implement, and track student IEPs and progress
• Handle case management for a caseload of approximately 70 students
• Focus interventions primarily on articulation and language skills
• Engage in consultation and collaborative problem-solving with teachers and families
