Job Summary
We are seeking a personable and motivated Public Relations Assistant to support community outreach, customer engagement, promotional activities, and positive brand representation. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, and gaining practical experience while supporting customer acquisition and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives.
- Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner.
- Engage with customers and prospective customers during outreach activities.
- Communicate information about products, services, and promotional opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
- Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Participate in promotional events and community activities.
- Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
- Communicate customer feedback and relevant observations to team members.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and community members.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous public relations, communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or event experience is a plus but not required.
