Business ConsultantThe Business Consultant is responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services to organizations. Clearly and fully explain the benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), ensuring client expectations are consistent with Company deliverables. Manages sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop short and long-term sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and profit margins.Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territoryConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotasContinuously expand knowledge of the industry trends, new products, services and Broker practicesStay informed about competitors' initiatives and analyze potential competitive threatsEnsure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients.Oversee the preparation and execution of renewal proposals and processes for existing clientsPrepare concise and impactful executive summaries for client presentationsDevelop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activitiesComplete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by the deadlines set by managementParticipate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching to other team members.Frequent domestic and occasional international travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions.
