We are looking for an Office Manager at a Medical Office to join our team.  Some Healthcare knowledge preferred but not required.  The position is for approximately 20-30 hours per week. If part-time no benefits. If full-time, medical and dental insurance, pto, 401(k) with matching.

Executive Assistant for Medical Office:

• Ensure implementation of office policies and procedures
• Assist in overseeing all financial operations
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative staff, if needed
• Helps sets the staffing schedule, calendaring same
• Hires and onboards new administrative staff
• Ensures that customer service standards are met
• Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and executives
• Works with doctors and staff to set goals, objectives, and budgets
• Assist in ensuring regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed
• Assists in payroll and AP

Office Manager for Medical Office Qualifications and Skills:

• Works well independently and has strong operational skills
• Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Develops strong relationships with coworkers and has strong leadership skills
• Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills
