Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Experience practicing as an OT in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate approach and genuine interest in supporting student development

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and create individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Deliver direct OT services to students, focusing on functional skills, sensory processing, and fine/gross motor development
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and progress review sessions
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports for each student
