Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working within a school environment, specifically with elementary and/or middle school age groups
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills for classroom participation
• Consult with educators and parents to implement strategies and modifications
• Monitor progress, document services provided, and participate in student meetings as needed
• Deliver interventions both one-on-one and in small groups to meet varying student goals
