Project Manager

Own the project schedule, milestone plan, and release calendar, delivering on time and within scope Build and manage the project budget, tracking actuals against forecast Manage project capacity planning to ensure the right resources are allocated Track and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers Maintain the risk and issue log with clear mitigation actions Escalate blockers to program leadership with recommended actions Produce status reports and executive dashboards for leadership Facilitate status, steering, governance, change approval, go/no-go, stage-gate, kickoff, UAT coordination, risk review, and vendor sync meetings Capture meeting action items Apply Lean and Agile principles to drive delivery efficiency and continuous improvement Deliver individual projects across Lennar Technology Group in partnership with Product and Delivery teams Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and dependency logs Working knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on facilitation and solution-oriented meetings PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred but not required Experience with GitHub Projects, LLMs, and other modern project management tools a plus Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs Finger dexterity is necessary Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project management, including schedule and budget management, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
