We serve a diverse patient base, including HMO, Medicare, and PPO patients. Position Summary: We seek an APP to enhance our team, aiming to provide onsite care 5 days a week. This role involves close collaboration with an experienced physician to deliver high-quality primary care. Offer: Salary: $140,000 - $165,000, based on experience. Incentives: Eligibility for performance-based bonuses through our PCP Incentive Program. Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week.
