The results are documented and communicated to organizational stakeholders with an interest in the evaluation's outcome - typically, this is the direct Supervisor and Manager. May act as lead, in the absence of lead, assigning and prioritizing others' duties. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role has a potential to allows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
