The results are documented and communicated to organizational stakeholders with an interest in the evaluations outcome - typically, this is the direct Supervisor and Manager. May act as lead, in the absence of lead, assigning and prioritizing others duties./ppThis role has a potential to allow a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week./ph3Your Responsibilities Will Include:/h3ulliFunctional knowledge of ECG interpretation./liliAbility to communicate well with and help guide others./liliCompletes special Audit requests for Supervisors, Managers, and Clinical Educators./liliAssist in qualification of Technicians needed for production and research purposes./liliPerforms one-on-one coaching to address any quality concerns./liliReviews and recommends changes to existing Auditing procedures and quality specifications./liliInitiates change and works with Supervisors/Management on Training/Quality plans./liliFollows company safety policies and procedures while ensuring quality work./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulli2-4 years high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or/liliAn equivalent combination of education/work experience/liliCertification in assigned area preferred/li/ulpCompensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs./ppBoston Scientific Corporation has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
