We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer focused individual to join our team as a full time Floating Teller. This position will primarily work out of Keo Way location and provide additional support to our SW 9th and Bevington locations, as well as other Earlham Savings Bank locations as needed. Position Overview This position provides exceptional customer service to our customers by handling a variety of teller responsibilities while providing support across multiple Earlham Savings Bank locations. Teller Responsibilities include: Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers Balancing a cash drawer daily Assisting customers with questions regarding accounts, debit cards, mobile banking, online banking, and other banking services Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone Following all applicable policies and procedures, including OFAC, Bank Secrecy Act, and Regulation D requirements Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude Possess strong cash handling, balancing, general math, and problem-solving skills Demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask Be willing to float primarily between our Keo Way, SW 9th, and Bevington locations, with the flexibility to work at other Earlham Savings Bank locations as business needs require Possess a high school diploma or GED (required) Have previous banking experience and/or a bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Schedule Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays #J-18808-Ljbffr Earlham Bank
