Department/Unit: Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit Work Shift: Night (United States of America) Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61 Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93 The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes and values each employee’s work, contributing to the success of the Mission. Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatment according to policies and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assesses patient needs and responses to care rendered. Uses sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Administers medications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care.
