The Human Resources Coordinator will manage the day-to-day hiring pipeline, team training and onboarding. This role is ideal for a highly organized, independent self-starter with strong follow-through. This is a fully remote/ contract position and we will consider candidates across the U.S. What You Will Do

Recruiting and Hiring

Post and update job listings and push them to the applicable job boards for each role. Review resumes and applications weekly and identify the strongest candidates for each role. Move candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline quickly and effectively, from application to offer. Keep the applicant pipeline current by tagging, advancing and declining candidates on a consistent schedule. Conduct prescreens on camera for all client-facing roles, evaluating polish, presence and communication skills. Screen candidates against our core verticals of fashion, beauty, lifestyle and wellness. Send written assessments to qualified candidates, track deadlines and follow up until they are complete. Attach completed assessments and prescreen notes to each interview email so the CEO can review them before final interviews. Schedule interviews with Directors and the CEO and keep candidates informed at every stage. Prepare offer letters and send them for electronic signature. Source new candidates for current and upcoming roles. Draft interview questions and job descriptions for positions that do not have them yet. Onboarding

Ensure every team member has a fully completed onboarding packet on file. Manage new hire documents, workers' comp setup, and review of the employee manual and policies. Set up new hires in ADP RUN and coordinate with our payroll team on documents, signatures and employee records. Training and Development

Set up team trainings and assign them to the right team members. Help create training pipelines for each role, from new hire through advancement. Track training completion and follow up on anything outstanding. Performance and Compliance

Assist with annual reviews, including scheduling, preparing review materials and tracking completion. Support compliance with local, state and national employment regulations for our remote team members across multiple states. Keep employee records organized, current and confidential in ADP RUN and our internal files. Reporting

Provide weekly check-in and check-out updates on what is planned and what has been completed. What We Are Looking For

One to three years of HR, recruiting or hiring coordination experience. Strong resume review skills and the ability to quickly spot qualified candidates. Proven ability to manage high applicant volume and keep candidates moving through a hiring pipeline. Experience with ADP RUN for payroll and employee records. This is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of U.S. HR compliance, including multi-state requirements for remote employees. Experience building or managing employee training programs. Experience supporting onboarding and annual performance reviews. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Comfort learning new HR, training and project management platforms quickly. Exceptional interpersonal skills and sound judgment with confidential information. The ability to work within a multi-faceted and extremely fast-paced environment. Details
