Customer Service Representative – On-Site (Hawaii) Location: On-site – Multiple Locations Across Hawaii Note: This is not a remote position. Multiple openings are available across different client sites in Hawaii. About the Role We are hiring professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join client teams in Hawaii. You will assist customers, answer questions, resolve service issues, and provide a positive experience. No prior experience? Training is provided for motivated candidates. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and requests Resolve customer concerns and escalates issues when necessary Process service requests, orders, payments, or account updates Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve issues Follow company procedures, service standards, and confidentiality requirements Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction Your Profile High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or administrative support preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Basic computer and data-entry skills Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment Reliable, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team Legally authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr JOBSTODAY.WORLD
