Human Resources Manager

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a trusted business partner and employee advocate. You'll advise leaders, manage complex employee matters, and help build a compliant, people-first workplace. What You'll Do Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations issues, including investigations and complaint resolution Administer leave programs and guide employees and managers through the interactive process in compliance with applicable leave laws Interpret and apply union contracts; manage grievances and labor relations matters Provide guidance on employment law to coach and support managers in decision-making Lead full-cycle recruiting and support workforce acquisition efforts Act as a strategic HR business partner aligned to departmental goals What You Bring Proven experience in union environments, including grievance handling and contract interpretation Strong knowledge of leave laws (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.) and the interactive process Solid employment law foundation with the ability to translate it into practical guidance Experience managing employee relations, including sensitive investigations A consultative, solutions-oriented approach to partnering with business leaders Please submit a resume to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
