Staff Accountant
$60kRMS Asset Management, LLC
Job Description:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Post journal entries and prepare monthly/annual financial statements for multiple entities
- Process payable and reconcile GL accounts
- Import monthly remittance reports to the company’s asset management system and ensure accuracy of all loadings
- Assist with portfolio reconciliations and reporting
- Assist with tax return and other filings
- Assist with ad-hoc and other administrative/accounting related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- Accounting internship experience preferred
- Detailed-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Years Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
