Overhead Crane Operator

Job Description Job Description Topre America Corporation is seeking a safety-focused Overhead Crane Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for safely moving raw materials, performing die changes, and supporting production.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate overhead cranes to transport materials and loads.
Perform die changes and load raw material onto presses.
Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner.
Select and use the proper rigging equipment.
Maintain strong situational awareness at all times.
Keep die and coil areas organized and maintain 5S standards.
Use scanning systems and computer programs as required.
Report safety concerns, incidents, and equipment issues to leadership.
Qualifications
Previous overhead crane experience preferred.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate an overhead crane.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
Must be able to lift 35+ pounds.
Must successfully pass Topre Americas written and practical crane testing.
Must be flexible to work any shift and overtime.
