MMGY Global has an immediate opening for an Associate Media Manager in our Overland Park, KS office. This is a full-time position responsible for managing integrated media campaigns across a portfolio of travel accounts. MMGY media team members possess a strong curiosity to learn and are creative and collaborative thinkers to ensure the delivery of new media solutions. Knowledge across digital, traditional, social and B2B channels is preferred. MMGY is looking for a collaborative, team player with a strong work ethic and aptitude for learning more about data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

Campaign Oversight and Activation:

• Work with the media team on launch strategy.
• Assist with spec collection and aggregation of campaign data.
• QA campaign launch and delivery, working with internal teams to launch successfully.
• Create and implement all tags and trafficking on our third-party ad server.
• Collecting and verifying all digital assets are correct and meet spec requirements for campaign execution.
• Responsible for properly setting up all campaign components, including use of proper naming conventions, creative testing and rotation, measurement tools and ad verification pixels.

Media Management:

• Support vendor relationship management; assist in vendor negotiation and confirmation of media placements.
• Negotiating and confirming media placement details to align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to successfully kick off and execute media campaigns.
• Assist in support of media budget, placement and delivery oversight.
• Bill media accurately and on schedule according to client invoicing requirements
• Manage vendor invoice reconciliation
• Ensure client funds are spent as agreed upon in contracts and media plans.
• Attend vendor meetings to gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of media options, partner features and new innovative opportunities.
• Responsible for accurately compiling data needed for ongoing optimizations and monthly reports.
• Read and interpret data to provide support on reporting insights.
• Other duties and tasks assigned.

Key Experience & Skills Needed

• A minimum of one year of media or relevant experience required
• Detailed-oriented attention to detail extremely important
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resourcefulness: strong ability to look for answers and solutions
• Experience with digital platforms including GTM, GA, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Creative Hub, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads Manager or other similar platforms.
