You'll be rewarded for your experience, as we're offering $95,000 - $180,000 per year based on your qualifications!

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR NEW HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

You'll work during typical business hours, with a rotation for completing night or weekend services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're hiring a capable problem solver who can meticulously inspect heating and air conditioning systems, correctly diagnose the cause of problems, and accurately service mechanical and electrical systems. You'll listen to the customers' needs, evaluate units, and clearly explain the recommended repair, replacement, and upgrade options. Once you've finished your work, you'll test the system and give everything a once-over to make sure the problem is fully taken care of. OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and quality assurance
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic with a dependable, self-starter mentality
• Professional communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Solid leadership abilities
• An open mind to learning new methods, ideas, and perspectives
• Ability to work a weekend/night service rotation
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work in attics, and work in varying temperatures
• Valid driver's license
