Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment objectives.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, selecting evidence-based interventions tailored to the individual goals of adult clients.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing cognitive-behavioral strategies and solution-focused techniques to ensure effective client engagement.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients exhibiting acute distress or risk, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and support.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to stay current with best practices in mental health care and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client base includes adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey.
