BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Provider Recruiter to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is full time, with typical hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends! The Clinic: BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician‑owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167‑bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built‑in referral base. The Job: Develops and executes short- and long-term strategies relative to physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention, in partnership with the Human Resources Manager. Actively sources provider recruits by developing search profiles, identifying candidates, and making appropriate contacts. Builds and maintains positive relationships with outside recruiters, negotiating search agreements as directed. Partner with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and determine criteria used to produce quality candidates. Takes active role in advertising, promotions and social activities related to physician and advanced provider recruitment. Connects with residency and fellowship programs as means of promoting BayCare Clinic opportunities. Attends job fairs and conferences as a means of promoting BayCare Clinic and sourcing physician & advanced practice provider recruits. Serves as point of contact for physician & advanced provider candidates. Conducts cold calls, prepares mass mailings, develops and places advertisements. Shares CV information with manager and appropriate department managing partners. The Requirements: A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, is strongly desired. Superior interpersonal plus oral and written communication skills are required. A working knowledge of employment law is necessary. Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
