The Food & Beverage Floor Manager supports daily operations across all Food & Beverage venues, ensuring exceptional guest service, strong team performance, and consistent brand standards. This role oversees shift execution, staffing, training, and service quality while supporting cost control and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily floor operations and maintain service/brand standards Support hiring, onboarding, and training; coach performance and uphold conduct standards Manage scheduling, shift coverage, side work, and end‑of‑shift reporting Maintain venue presentation, product quality, and inventory practices Ensure compliance with hygiene and local/state health regulations Room Service Oversight (AM/Breakfast) Oversee breakfast/room service execution to ensure timely, accurate delivery and elevated guest experience Coordinate opening readiness and communication between kitchen, service, and front office teams Monitor ticket times, order accuracy, presentation, and service recovery as needed Ensure proper setup, par levels, and adherence to service and hygiene standards Qualifications 2+ years of F&B leadership or equivalent experience Room service experience required Must be available for all shifts Strong cocktails/spirits knowledge preferred Familiarity with 7Shifts, Toast, Vensure HR, inventory/costing tools a plus Fluent in English; bilingual a plus NYS Food Handler Certificate required Schedule: Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; schedules vary by business needs. Compensation & Benefits: $70,000–$80,000/year + health coverage, 401(k) match, PTO/holidays, commuter discounts, referral program, and staff events.
