Primary Care Physician – Outpatient
Dorchester, MA | Value-Based Care | No Hospital Rounds
Join a patient-focused, value-based primary care practice in Dorchester, MA, dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values meaningful patient interactions, strong clinical support, and an excellent work–life balance.
\nPosition Highlights

Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model
\n - \n
Patient panel capped at 750to ensure quality care and manageable workload
\n - \n
New physicians start with ~100 patients and ramp up gradually
\n - \n
See approximately 18 patients per day
\n - \n
Monday–Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week
\n - \n
Limited call responsibilities
\n
Exceptional Clinical Support

Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers
\n - \n
Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs
\n - \n
Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork
