Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Peaceful Perspective, our clients predominantly consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. Each client undergoes a thorough pre-screening process to ensure their suitability for our services, which allows you to focus on fostering positive outcomes without the complexities associated with severe mental health cases. We prioritize aligning clients with your specialties and preferences, enhancing your satisfaction and effectiveness as their counselor.

Qualifications\n

• An earned Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently, including qualifications such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated capacity to craft and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster trust and rapport with clients through a compassionate demeanor.

• Comfortable and proficient with technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions, Peaceful Perspective offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , tailored to the number of hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, weekly direct deposit for payments, and minimal administrative responsibilities—allowing you to allocate more of your time to client care rather than paperwork.
