Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic objectives, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions, catering to clients who prefer virtual meetings or have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, enhancing both personal skills and team competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to adolescents and young adults, addressing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from various backgrounds and geographical locations, promoting inclusivity in mental health access.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting, with a focus on telehealth.
