Global Sustainability Associate Manager

Overview Global Sustainability Associate Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Sustainability Product Pillar’s public goals and internal initiatives, including greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction across the whole product lifecycle, linking product roadmap and sales mix to projected reductions, supporting GHG tracking for products, facilitating Design for Sustainability efforts, and leading packaging-related goals, compliance and cost improvement/waste reduction projects. A successful candidate brings experience in product management and/or product engineering, New Product Introduction, and knowledge on product efficiency and sustainability features. The role monitors and understands compliance requirements related to product and packaging and can provide guidance and project management to set and achieve Sustainability goals and initiatives that support Rheem’s positioning as the sustainability leader of the air and water industry. Location Enterprise division located in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite). Responsibilities Lead the execution of Sustainability Product Pillar’s public goals and internal initiatives, including GHG reduction across the product lifecycle. Link product roadmap and sales mix to projected reductions and support GHG tracking for products. Facilitate Design for Sustainability efforts and lead packaging-related goals, compliance, and cost improvement/waste reduction projects. Provide guidance and project management to set and achieve Sustainability goals and initiatives. Qualifications Experience in product management and/or product engineering, New Product Introduction, and knowledge of product efficiency and sustainability features.
