Director of Citywide Real Estate Leasing
New York City Internships
DCAS's Real Estate Services division seeks a Director of Leasing to identify suitable city sites and negotiate leases and licenses for City operations. You will lead a team of transaction managers, coordinate with Design & Project Management, and ensure timely completion of term sheets and fully executed leases.
The role requires handling legal documents with in-house counsel, maintaining schedules, and communicating with multiple internal stakeholders to uphold city real property initiatives.
